The Darkness Shard is an item in Frogger's Adventures 2: The Lost Wand.

The Darkness Shard can be acquired after using the power of the Light Shard to purify one of its residents during the boss fight on Haunted Island.
Description[]
It is one of the five Magic Shards that Frogger has to retrieve to help "Hocus" restore the Eternity Wand. Its bearer can use it to manipulate darkness and manifest physical apparitions of nightmares to either corrupt or destroy their enemies. Unfortunately, as shown in Fright Flight, the shard can also corrupt its bearer in return by twisting their minds to become sadistic and relish in violence.
