Description[]
Herald seems to be a heron wearing a dark red and blue ensemble with a similarly colored hat. He acts as a tax collector, and waits on the road to Starfish Beach and charges anyone travelling along it in order to pass through.

Frogger encounters him on the road of Starfih Beach, and Herald told him that he'll have to pay the toll to pass.
