Lumpy the Toad is a recurring character in the Frogger series.

Lumpy is Frogger's Friend.
Frogger: The Great Quest
Lumpy tells Frogger that there are stories of magical world beyond the swamp. After the Fairy Frog Mother visits Frogger and grants him three powerful wishes, Lumpy lets Frogger venture to find a princess.
Frogger Advance: The Great Quest
In the GBA version, Lumpy appears at the first level of River Town. Unlike the PS2 version, he has no clue about the princess, but instead he tells Frogger that he can eat the sparkling bugs to resplenish his health.
