He is a little anthropomorphic frog and a member of F.I.R.S.T. who is riding the Flying Robot Frog, which is a robotic pod that only he can control. He is known as the mechanic, as his name implies, and healing expert of F.I.R.S.T. as he is shown to know various devices and how explosives work through electronics. His Flying Robot Frog pod is capable of restoring damages to various materials, as shown in a cutscene.
