Mrs. Fine the Mad Cow is a real clown of a cow. She’s forever showing off, never walks on all 4’s and is obsessed with herself. Mrs. Fine can always be counted on to tell all, and to be self-important! This cow never gets flustered; she’s too self-possessed to be effected by things outside of herself.
