Sammy the Salamander, or Mike the Lizard (トカゲのマイク) in Japanese, is a non-playable character in Frogger's Adventures 2: The Lost Wand and the first boss encountered in the game.

Sammy is typically a harmless red salamander with a sense of curiosity. He came into possession of the Fire Shard shortly after the Eternity Wand was shattered, which transformed him both physically and mentally. Under the shard's influence, Sammy resembled an overgrown horned lizard and true to the level's namesake, he has gained the ability to breathe fire. Little is known about how much of his old personality was retained, but he was quick to anger and is a light sleeper. When Frogger reclaimed the shard after keeping the Uzak birds from waking him, Sammy is reverted back to his old self.
