Description[]
Stinky Phil along with Geeky Bill, are two creatures created by Dr. Starkenstein. They ambush Frogger at the end of the Dark Trail Ruins & Also Dark Trail Alternate (PC Version) and carry him to Dr. Starkenstein's Castle. Geeky Bill, who thinks the doctor is crazy, tells Frogger to run away, but Stinky Phil is loyal to the doctor and fights Frogger along with the Metal Chicken Ray, and is defeated by Frogger.
