The Butterfly Challenge is one of two potential third stages of Frogger: Helmet Chaos. The player encounters this stage if they chose the Farmlands exit at the branching path at the end of the previous stage, Firefly Swamp.
Challenge and Outcomes[]
The Butterfly Challenge isn't actually all that challenging. Depending on the way butterflies come from behind the fences, Frogger can stand still and continuously use his tongue to collect them. If the player decides not to do this or isn't collecting too many butterflies, aiming for places where many butterflies congregate is optimal.
As long as the player continues to collect butterflies, they will most likely win. The other contestants will either win or lose, with no in-between most likely. If the player ties or wins, they will be guided to the Farmlands, and if they lose or decline the challenge, they will instead be put on the Beach Route's first stage, Herald the Tax Collector.
